Zineb Andress Arraki (ZAA)

Born in 1984 is a French-Moroccan creative whose background in architecture and photography serves as the foundation for her multidisciplinary approach.

Originally from Casablanca, she studied at the École Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris under the mentorship of L. Lemire, who inspired her to explore architecture as a medium for engaging with the world's cultural richness. Her thesis, "Et si le noir fabriquait architecture?" (If Black Were to Produce Architecture), marked the beginning of her distinctive aesthetic and ethical practice.

After completing her studies, she joined the esteemed Odile Decq firm, working on projects in urban design, scenography, and art publications. Her diverse creative output was featured in exhibitions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Since 2018, ZAA has devoted herself to the film industry, where she has flourished as an art director and Production designer. Collaborating with prominent production designers such as Colombe Raby, Johann George, and Zeki Saraylioglu, she applies her architectural, scenographic, and photographic expertise to create visually compelling and multidimensional worlds for film, demonstrating versatility and creativity.
